At our heart

We stand with those who hope, aspire and dream of a better future - and we acknowledge the many barriers that prevent people from living up to their full potential.

That’s why our parents created The Angel Family Foundation, an organization at the crossroads of family values, innovative business thinking, deep-rooted empathy, and a vision to reshape philanthropy's very essence - from transactional to a partnership.

Our goal? To bring about change that’s not just felt but seen, quantified, and multiplied.

Our vision? A world where everyone has the opportunity to live with hope, ambition and integrity.

Because to impact even one life is to change the world.

A family on a mission

We are committed to uplifting and empowering individuals and organizations in our communities and beyond through access to resources and knowledge.

Some of the organizations we’re proud to support include:

North Carolina State University

Along with providing capital funding to North Carolina State University, we’re proud to support Extraordinary Opportunity Scholarships for students from rural counties to ensure they can access opportunities — and to thrive.

Our story

The Angel Family Foundation was created as a birthday gift for our mom, Lori Angel, by our dad, Steve Angel. It’s rooted in our own family values: love, generosity, faith, and patriotism, as well as our commitment to our community, and our belief in the importance of education.

Our support goes beyond funding. We’re always ready to bring our skills and ideas to the table — as well as our hours of experience volunteering  — to really partner with the organizations we help so they can achieve their goals — and go beyond.
